Team Eligibility

• Each team must have minimum 8 players and maximum 10 players
• Two women players are mandatory in every team
• Team name must be based on location
• Once submitted, team name and player list cannot be changed without organizer approval

Player Category Rules

Mandatory player composition (for minimum 8 players):

• 2 Players – 40+ Category
• 2 Players – 30+ Category
• 2 Players – Women Category
• 2 Players – Open Category

Age eligibility will be verified if required. A player can play maximum 2 match categories only.

Match Categories

Each team tie will consist of the following 6 doubles matches:

• Mixed Doubles
• Women's Doubles
• Open Doubles
• Jumbled Doubles (One 40+ player mandatory)
• 30+ Doubles (Both players must be 30+)
• 40+ Doubles (Both players must be 40+)

Match Format & Scoring

• All matches will be Doubles only
• Each match will be played for 21 points
• Standard badminton scoring rules will be followed
• Yonex Mavis 350 shuttle will be used for all matches

Tournament Format

• Round 1: League (Round Robin) within groups
• Top 2 teams from each group will qualify for knockouts
• Knockout rounds: Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final
• Match order will be decided by the tournament referee/organizers

Entry & Registration

• Entry Fee: ₹10,000 per team (₹8,000 with early bird discount)
• Entry fee is non-refundable
• Registration will be confirmed only after full payment
• Limited slots; entries will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis
